Elements of Teaching (My Resource Teacher)

Since I am two weeks now observing at Francisco G. Nepomuceno Memorial High School I can say that all the Elements of Teaching have been acquired already because my two resource teacher's are really flexible with the needs of their students'. They have enough knowledge to share, they have the mastery of subject matter, and lastly they still manage the class accordingly. Even the classroom management was good enough, students who are there surely they will love the place so much because it is conducive to learning environment, and appropriate used of materials are there. What's good thing more about my resource teacher is when the discussion is ongoing she let all the students' to participate inside the class like she will asked one student to read the topic and then she will call again to explain or give an idea about what is written on the book, with that all students are able to participate inside the class, and it's good because students' becomes participative. However, they are strict to those students who are not following the instruction. As a good teacher it's good that you give consideration to your students' but we should also know our boundaries when to give considerations and not. Teachers are known kind and great but we need to be careful all the time because there might a students' who take you for granted.
