Be an Effective Teacher

     Believe it or not this quotes of Harry Wong is true. Teacher has to be responsible in everything that they do not just once but everyday with consistently through heart and mind.

     An effective teaching has 3 characteristics. First, have positive expectations for student succes with that both of you have a positive result. Second, have a good classroom manager for you to monitor what's  going on inside the classroom and lastly design a good lessons for student mastery for them to enjoy the lesson and gain knowledge at the same time.

     To be an effective teacher we should have a classroom that is caring, thought provoking, challenging and successful. Why did I say so? Because for me if you care for the classroom then everything as follow like for the classroom management routine is to have the students begin work as soon as they walk into the classroom. That means an assignment is already posted, it's there everyday, and it's in the same place everyday. Second, teacher use to quiet the class through 5 steps :
1. Eyes on speaker
2. Quiet
3. Be still
4. Hands free
5. Listen.

     And lastly, effective teaching strive for excellence in everything they do! 🙂

Wong Yes, it's true that discipline is not the problem inside the classroom rather it's the lack of procedure and instruction. First, an effective teacher gives an instruction before he/she can start the lesson and settle everything by making a rule. In here both will benefits the teacher and the students. It guides teachers in the process of assessment and helps the students to keep on track.
