Orientation in School where I am assigned is very important because  this will serve as a guide to me. To know the rules and regulation is a big thing that as an observer needs to know. It's like to teacher and I, there is a Do's and Dont that we need to follow inside the the School that's why the head of that school will orient us first. Being an observer it help me a lot to become effective teacher someday because during observation I've learned a lot of things by the help of my Resource Teacher like different strategies and techniques in teaching that I can apply someday to my students' and it give me an idea on how to communicate well to the students'. Also being an observer you should give and show respect to the people around you. Orientation reminded us about our responsibilities as an observer.

Teaching as an art includes everything like it demonstrates ways in which the teacher may use creative ways to present the material so it is fun and interesting for his or her students. Some examples are games, “hands-on” activities, and/or  relating to the topics being covered. Both students and teacher need these. Teachers should be innovative and creative in teaching because it gives an impact to the students mind to think critically while enjoying things. I believed if you enjoy what you are doing learning will also accomplish. In this way we catch the attention of our students easily and they will become active in learning. As a teacher this is the way why we test different strategies and techniques in teaching so that we will know on what strategy are most effective in learning. Additionally, students will not get bored because they are enjoying their subject and they get excited everytime they entered into the classroom. And that's because of their teacher.

Since I am two weeks now observing at Francisco G. Nepomuceno Memorial High School I can say that all the Elements of Teaching have been acquired already because my two resource teacher's are really flexible with the needs of their students'. They have enough knowledge to share, they have the mastery of subject matter, and lastly they still manage the class accordingly. Even the classroom management was good enough, students who are there surely they will love the place so much because it is conducive to learning environment, and appropriate used of materials are there. What's good thing more about my resource teacher is when the discussion is ongoing she let all the students' to participate inside the class like she will asked one student to read the topic and then she will call again to explain or give an idea about what is written on the book, with that all students are able to participate inside the class, and it's good because students' becomes partic...

I am assigned at Francisco G. Nepomuceno Memorial High School and I have two resource teacher which they are teaching grade 8 and 10 students. Since I already had my observation I've seen my one resource teacher whi ch teaching grade 8 as a Progressivists and Essentialists teacher. Progressivist because she is a kind of teacher who is student centered. She gave knowledge to her student and make sure that students' understand the lesson by asking them a question. She believed that by asking question to her students' and be able to anwer the given question then that students really understand the lesson. I like the teaching style of her because she let the students to focus on the discussion. Also, essentialist because she respect the prior knowlegde of students and let her student to participate in class. And so after the discussion they have an activity. Wong Yes, it's true that discipline is not the problem inside the classroom rather it's the lack of procedure and instruction. First, an effective teacher gives an instruction before he/she can start the lesson and settle everything by making a rule. In here both will benefits the teacher and the students. It guides teachers in the process of assessment and helps the students to keep on track. Instruction helps guide the planning, implementation, and assessment of student learning.  Secondly, procedure is also important to be an effective teacher because it gives the student to ensure their consistency inside and outside the classroom. First day of School I know teacher are well prepared because they have given enough time to think what they wanted to do and accomplish for his/her students. This is not an easy task for teacher yet they have to because the expectation of students' depend on the first day of School.  Setting up the classsroom management can help the students to know their boundaries , classroom management includes everything. Like having a conducive environment can help tte students' to learn better. With that a teacher with strong classroom management skills also give an impact to his/her students' success. Having said that, Discipline often comes to mind at the mention of classroom management, but the crucial component of teaching is much more. Classroom management creates a set of expectations used in an organized classroom environment. It includes routines, rules and consequences. Effective classroom management paves the way for the teacher to engage the students in learning.
