         What strike me the most in the film that we have watch is they support each other to provide instructional materials just to evolved the educational system also they are really flexible in terms of evaluating the student needs. There are times that they explore the world outside the classroom to experience the real world.      What I can say to the teacher is they actively engaged to the leader to have a strong communication and discuss about the needs of one group, also to the learning environment that leads them to equal opportunities to all.      To sum up, Finnish early childhood education emphasizes respect for each child’s individuality and chance for each child to develop as a unique person. First, have positive expectations for student succes with that both of you have a positive result.
